Privacy Policy
What Coach Links collects and why, in plain language. This is how the product works today — not a substitute for legal counsel.
Who we are
Coach Links is a Canadian coaching platform. Contact: support@coachlinks.io.
Account and coaching data
We store the account you create (name, email, role) and the coaching data you and your clients put in the workspace — programs, nutrition, check-ins, messages, progress logs, merch listings, and optional Find My Coach directory fields (bio, photo, video, gym flag). Coaches see their roster; clients see their own portal data.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in Coach Links. We keep the billing identifiers we need to match subscriptions, Connect payouts, merchandise orders, and affiliate invoice shares.
Where data lives
Application data is hosted with Supabase (database, auth, storage). Emails such as password reset are sent through Supabase Auth. Optional product emails (for example trial-ended notices) use Resend when configured.
Cookies and session
We use cookies to keep you signed in. You can sign out from the app. Password reset uses a short-lived recovery link.
Sharing
We don’t sell your coaching data. Service providers we rely on (Supabase, Stripe, and email delivery when enabled) process data to run the product. Public Find My Coach listings are visible to signed-in users browsing the directory by design.
Your choices
You can update profile and directory fields in the app, turn a Find My Coach listing off, and request account help at support@coachlinks.io. Coaches manage their client roster; clients should start with their coach for portal access issues.
